Sean Gleason

​As the President and CEO for IB3 Global, Sean brings over 20 years of experience at organizations large and small supporting government clients. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Sean began his support to National Security within the Intelligence Community prior to entering private industry. He has held successive executive leadership positions in both Operations and Business Development for companies ranging from $10M - $4B and is currently on the Executive Board of Folds of Honor Tennessee Chapter. As a classically trained alumnus of the large market cap GovCons, Sean provides IB3 Global with a unique distillation of industry best practices into processes that work for a growing small business. At IB3, he focuses on operational delivery, long-term strategic planning, business development, and back-office support. As an active member of the Oak Ridge community, Sean serves as an elected member of the Oak Ridge City Council and was appointed by Congressman Chuck Fleishmann to represent Tennessee’s 3rd District as a voting member of the Tennessee Valley Corridor Board of Directors. Sean proudly lives in Oak Ridge, Tennessee with his wife and three children.
