Michelle Fierro

As the Human Resources Business Partner and FSO for IB3 Global, Michelle applies her experience in several aspects of human resources and personnel security including: labor law compliance, training & development, total rewards compensation, employee relations, recruitment, staffing and personnel security clearances.  As a veteran of the United States Air Force, Michelle began her career in the Intelligence Community in direct support of SIGINT operations before completing her Bachelor’s of Science in HR Management with honors.  Michelle has used her strong background in the FEDGOV industry and her blend of experience to affect positive change in the organizations where she has worked.  At IB3 she has taken on the challenge of building our in-house HR to align with the growth of IB3 and support of our strategic goals. Michelle is a SHRM-certified Human Resources Professional.
