Kevin Roshdieh

As Director of Operations for the National Capital Region (NCR), Kevin Roshdieh delivers agile, forward-leaning solutions to Federal and private-sector partners as the face of IB3 Global based in the Washington, DC area. Kevin oversees IB3 Global’s NCR footprint, including day-to-day operations with customer-facing direct and contract personnel working at Federal facilities in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as providing clients and partners in the region with dynamic resources across a wide area of scope to support on-demand decision making. For partners in the international threat reduction space, IB3 Global is positioned strategically to deliver solutions with a focus on “Mission First” for headquarters and executive-level counterparts in the NCR.

 

As a former Federal Manager directing and implementing international threat reduction programs at the U.S. Department of Energy, Kevin brings years of experience and expertise in Federal contracting, negotiation of intergovernmental agreements, and management of complex, multi-faceted large capital procurement, deployment, and long-term sustainment projects. An experienced deal-broker with foreign counterparts at the Ministerial and Ambassadorial levels, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge in developing creative solutions in difficult global landscapes.

 

A lifelong resident and native of the DC metropolitan area, Kevin holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with an Honors Certificate from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a B.S. in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
