SEAN GLEASON

Sean Gleason is President and Chief Executive Officer of IB3 Global Solutions, an Oak Ridge–based national security company providing strategic advisory, scientific, technical, and operational support to federal customers. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he brings more than 25 years of experience spanning military intelligence, operational leadership, and business growth.

 

Since joining IB3 in 2019, Sean has led the expansion of the company’s capabilities and customer base while strengthening the people, processes, and infrastructure that support mission delivery. He sets the strategic direction for IB3’s Mission Enablement and Operational Services Business Units, supporting customers across strategic deterrence, nuclear security, counterproliferation, and chemical and biological threat reduction. His focus is on building an enduring company that earns customer trust, invests in its employees, and delivers measurable results.

 

Sean’s commitment to service extends to regional economic development and public leadership. He serves on the Oak Ridge City Council, chairs the Oak Ridge Corridor Development Corporation and its Nuclear Leadership Council, and represents Tennessee’s Third Congressional District on the Tennessee Valley Corridor Board of Directors through an appointment by Congressman Chuck Fleischmann. These roles reflect his commitment to strengthening the region’s nuclear industry, workforce, and contribution to national security.
