Kimberly Barrus is Corporate Controller at IB3 Global Solutions. Since joining IB3 in 2025, she has provided executive leadership across Finance, Accounting, Budgets, and Contracts, ensuring sound financial management and alignment with the company's strategic and operational objectives. With a bachelor's degree in Cost Accounting and 28 years of professional experience, including 20 years supporting government contracting organizations, Kimberly brings extensive financial expertise and a strategic, results-oriented approach to her role. She plays a key role in strengthening financial performance, supporting business growth, and maintaining the financial and contractual discipline essential to a successful government contractor.

 

Prior to joining IB3, Kimberly served as a consultant with a leading accounting firm, delivering complex financial and accounting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This experience gave her broad exposure to organizational challenges, financial operations, and business environments, and established her reputation for delivering high-quality results and consistently meeting demanding client commitments.

 

Earlier in her career, Kimberly led a high-performing accounting team that colleagues across the organization recognized as "Team of the Year," reflecting a leadership approach grounded in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
