KEVIN ROSHDIEH

Kevin Roshdieh is Vice President of Operational Services at IB3 Global Solutions. Since joining IB3 in 2023, he has led the business unit that delivers hands-on mission support to federal customers across the national security enterprise. That work includes technical services, training, exercises, equipment support, and program implementation that carry national security priorities through to results in the field. His portfolio spans four capability areas: strategic deterrence and CBRNE defense, counterproliferation and threat reduction, workforce and mission readiness, and mission integration and decision advantage. Kevin also leads IB3's National Capital Region (NCR) Office in Washington, DC, overseeing day-to-day operations for customer-facing personnel supporting federal facilities in the District, Maryland, and Virginia.

 

Previously, Kevin served as a Federal Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he directed and implemented international threat reduction programs. He managed complex, large-scale capital procurement, deployment, and long-term sustainment projects and negotiated intergovernmental agreements. He also worked directly with foreign counterparts at the Ministerial and Ambassadorial levels to build creative solutions in difficult global environments. That experience in federal contracting, program execution, and international partnership shapes how he leads Operational Services. His focus is on bringing the right people, processes, and resources together to give customers dependable, mission-first support.

 

A native and lifelong resident of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Kevin holds an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, with an Honors Certificate from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. He also holds a B.S. in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
